Guiding the Green Transition

Here you will find resources of national, EU and international policies, strategies and initiatives that provide a roadmap for the transition away from fossil fuels to a green economy based upon principles of circularity, sustainability, flexibility and resilience.

Industry 5.0 provides a vision of industry that aims beyond efficiency and productivity as the sole goals, and reinforces the role and the contribution of industry to society.

The Clean energy for all Europeans package package, adopted in 2019, is meant to help decarbonise the EU’s energy system in line with the European Green Deal objectives.

The Fit for 55 package is a set of proposals to revise and update EU legislation and to put in place new initiatives with the aim of ensuring that EU policies are in line with the climate goals agreed by the Council and the European Parliament.

The EU’s new circular action plan paves the way for a cleaner and more competitive Europe. It is one of the main building blocks of the Green Deal roadmap.

The European Union’s (EU) Green Deal is the new European roadmap to transition the EU economy to a sustainable economic model by cutting GHG emission of at least 55% by 2030 and striving to make Europe climate neutral in 2050.
